The Saga collection combines top-tier efficiency with a design that draws inspiration from Dovre’s original model, creating a harmonious blend of heritage and innovation. Following a market study, which examined global trends and Dovre’s audience, the decision was made to redesign the iconic Nordic stove.

The Saga collection was crafted through a methodical process of shape refinement and variation exploration, in close consultation with Dovre’s engineers to ensure all technical aspects were met. Given that cast iron isn’t ideal for sharp angles, the design embraces this by incorporating smooth curves that enhance both its aesthetics and functionality. Scalability was planned from the start, enabling the design language to extend effortlessly to larger models.
